C-Bug is awful bug that does errors when people reach different levels (over 120lvl). For different classes C-Bug appears at different levels e.g. for rogue its over level 800. If you have C-Bug, you can not equip items for higher levels. To fix that just write: /console playerstatrightdropdown PLAYERSTAT_Melee and /console playerstatleftdropdown PLAYERSTAT_Melee and re log.When you log in you will be able to press C and equip your new gears! CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE DONE !
