Some bugs fixed

okay guys I'm back and began working on bugs...

1)Bloodelf/ Draenei & DK creation bug is fixed so u can create Bloodelfs without getting dissconect

2)Skills are up to 4k now, so u wont have mob miss problem

3)I worked on some new systems like report system ingame, broadcast system and easy speech system... more info you will get ingame

4)100k heatlh/80k mana bug fixed

5)No more annoying player stats paste on chat

6)Soon ill remove all spells cooldowns but I'm not quite sure should I... so ill make new topic in news folder yes or no for spell cd remove, so we ask you to go there and vote with yes or no

7)About the change class book it will be inserted abit later
